Open play
Join the session on Reclub
Open play is posted on our Reclub club. Request to join, pay first, then wait for confirmation before you are in the session. When a session is light, we sometimes open Court 3 for evening rental — that is listed on the booking calendar.

How to join our Open Play session
01
Pick a session
Go to Hideout's Activity tab and choose the Open Play schedule you want to join.
02
Request to join
Send a request to join the meet if the meet is not full yet. If the meet is already full, please do not send a request.
03
Make the payment
If the meet is not full, open the Payment tab and upload your receipt. You can do this while you are on Requested or Waitlist.
04
Wait for confirmation
Wait for the admins to confirm your request and your payment before you are in the session.
Important notes
If the meet is full, please do not make a payment. We will not take more players than the session allows.
Additional notes
Open Play payment first policy
Sessions fill up almost every day. Payment first keeps the court moving: more games, less waiting, and smoother rotations. It also cuts down long queues and no-shows.
- Open the Activity tab and pick the Open Play you want.
- Request to join. If the meet is not full, upload your GCash receipt in the Payments tab while you are on Requested or Waitlist.
- If the meet is already full, do not send payment.
- Wait for an admin to confirm both your request and your payment.
- Message us in the chat if you will pay in cash.
- Paying for 2 or more players? Send the receipt in the chat and list every name included.
Once Open Play is full, players still on the waitlist should not send payment. We do not take walk-ins or extra players beyond the confirmed list.
Thank you for understanding. This keeps it fair, organized, and fun for everyone on the court. See you in our Hideout.
